What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, role, work email, selected market and the message you submit. We also keep a one-way hash of your network address to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential pilot and keep a record of the commercial conversation. Our basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form.
Who can access it
Access is limited to Intelicap personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal data. If an enquiry requires input from Reltime or another delivery partner, we will share only what is necessary and appropriate for that discussion.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for 12 months after our last contact with you. It is then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Email christian@intelicap.ai. You may also raise a concern with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies for tracking or advertising, so no cookie banner is needed. Hosting may process technical request data to serve and protect the site.
